My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

In the unlikely event you receive any product from us which is faulty, or has been damaged in transit, Prices Plus offer customers a 30 day full product replacement offer. Contact must be made to a Prices Plus Customer Service Representative within 7 days from when the goods are received. 

 

Necessary proof of purchase and photographic evidence to support a refund and damage claim must be supplied to receive a full refund of the purchase price and any relevant shipping costs incurred.

 

Prices Plus covers the cost of shipping to send the replacement products. Customers will be instructed by the Customer Service Representative of the next steps, including what measures to take regarding the damaged stock.

 

Should a product be out of stock when attempting to obtain a replacement product, customers are offered a full price refund and refund of any postage paid.
