I've changed my mind, can I exchange my item for another item in your store?

Yes, Prices Plus offer a 30 day refund and return policy on all purchases. Our refund and return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Online Purchases

If you receive your online goods and wish to exchange your received goods for other products within our range, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange at your preferred store.

 

For exchanges requiring collection or redelivery, customers must cover the cost of return shipping and any subsequent packing material. Should you require Prices Plus to take care of the return shipping, you will be contacted by email from a Customer Service Representative outlining the day of collection, and the cost of the return shipping. The return shipping fee and original shipping fee will then be deducted from your purchase refund should you wish to proceed.

 

This exchange policy only covers unopened and unused items. Goods must be sent back in original condition, inside the original packaging with internal and external tags still attached. Proof of Purchase must be supplied when returning and exchanging goods. Any necessary refunds will then be processed to the original account of payment once Prices Plus have received all goods.

 

Exchanges for online purchases can also be completed at your local Prices Plus store, however any necessary refunds will be completed externally rather than in-store.

 

Store Purchases 

For purchases made in-store, you are more than welcome to exchange your item(s) to any of our Prices Plus stores within 30 days of your purchase.
