I didn't receive a confirmation email, what do I do?

An order confirmation email is automatically generated and sent to your supplied email address when any new orders are completed through our checkout. 

 

If you have not received your confirmation email after completing a purchase, please follow the below steps:

  • Check your Spam, Junk or Promotional email boxes in the event this confirmation email has been picked up by spam filters.
  • Login to your customer account and click the 'Your Account Details' link to view the email address on file. If there are any spelling mistakes or issues with your email address, please contact our Customer Support Representative who can fix it for you.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email for your order, please contact our Customer Support Representative who can assist with updating your account or will send through a copy of your order for you
