Can I schedule a time/day for delivery?

Unfortunately as we use Australia Post and external courier services to make all customer deliveries on our behalf, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery days or times.

 

However, dispatch information will be updated in your Prices Plus online account once your order has been dispatched to allow you to track the progress of delivery.

 

Alternatively, you can view the status of your order using the tracking number and details received in your tracking email once your order has been dispatched.
